Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead professional for child protection cases, ensuring timely and effective action to safeguard children and young people.

  • Engage with children, young people, and their families or carers to build effective relationships and facilitate positive change.
  • Produce high-quality reports and plans for various forums, prioritizing the child's well-being and experience.
About You

We are looking for a confident and dynamic individual who shares our commitment to protecting children and young people. As a qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work from a variety of locations and travel independently throughout the county.
