**About the Role:**

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant at Hampden Hall Care Centre. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity, and contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences
  • Support residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and using the bathroom
  • Participate in activities that promote social interaction and engagement among residents, such as arts and crafts, games, and exercises
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
