We're seeking an Education Assistant to support our teaching staff at beBee Professionals in Aylesbury. As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and productive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in developing and implementing lesson plans to meet student needs.
- Provide targeted support to students, either individually or in small groups, to reinforce key concepts.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and respectful classroom atmosphere.
- A minimum Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field.
- Previous experience working in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Superb communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education are essential.
- An attractive annual salary of £28,000 - £32,000, based on experience.
