Client Relations Programme Manager

At The University of Manchester, we're seeking an experienced Client Relations Programme Manager to join our Customised Programmes team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing bespoke learning and development solutions for international clients, working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of learner and client experience.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and maintaining existing client relationships.

Essential skills and qualifications include a track record of achieving targets, significant experience in client relations or business development, and expertise in consultative selling.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, with experience of programmes and/or the Higher education market being desirable.
