About the Opportunity

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Relational Psychotherapy Expert to join our team at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong background in relational psychotherapy and experience working in the NHS.

The role involves providing assessment and treatment of adults with complex mental health difficulties, as well as offering clinical supervision and consultation to other professionals.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide assessment and treatment of adults with complex mental health difficulties using relational psychotherapeutic principles and techniques.
  2. Offer clinical supervision and consultation to other professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurses.
  3. Liaise with Recovery teams to identify appropriate care pathways for patients with complex needs.
