About the Role

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join their LDA Hospital at Home team. The successful candidate will work with young people up to 18 years old, providing holistic care and support in a variety of settings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work on a shared caseload with the team and be supervised by a registered nurse
  • Record own work on electronic patient records
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Monitor and feed back on the physical and mental well-being of service users
  • Liaise with other professionals to provide comprehensive support

Requirements

  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register
  • Completion of Nursing Associate foundation degree qualification
  • Previous experience of working with young people or adults with learning disabilities
