About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nursing Associate to join our Gynaecology Team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of outstanding care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing gynaecological procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the ward coordinator and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring patient needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Person Specification

  • Foundation Degree in Nursing Associate and NMC registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to identify own learning needs and ensure ongoing professional development.
