We are looking for a dedicated Senior/Supervising Social Worker to join our client organisation's Fostering service in the East Midlands.

Our Fostering service operates with a therapeutic approach, focusing on the needs of each child and young person. We work closely with foster families and other professionals to ensure that we provide the best possible care.

">About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of foster families, providing guidance and support as needed. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with foster families and ensuring that they are equipped to provide the best possible care for the children in their care.

">What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £37,088 dependent on experience, rising to £40,959 after 18 months. You will also receive a homeworking allowance & Out of Hours allowance, mileage covered, and home-based company pension.
