At Designer Parfums, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brands and Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the image and profitability of our brands in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement marketing strategies to maximize brand profitability and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to meet global and local objectives.
- Build relationships with license and global brand teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and plan UK stock requirements for marketing initiatives.
- Present marketing programs and provide sales and trade marketing teams with necessary tools to sell to retailers.
- Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgets, stock management, and strategic promotional activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
