At Designer Parfums, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brands and Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the image and profitability of our brands in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize brand potential in the UK market
- Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop artwork and marketing materials
- Build relationships with license and global brand teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and report on marketing performance to inform future strategies
- Proven experience in marketing and brand management, preferably in the perfume and cosmetics industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including budgets, stock management, and strategic promotional activities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
