Data Support Analyst - FTC 12 Month

We are seeking an experienced Data Support Analyst to join our growing team at RSM Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to data users, resolving challenges with Azure-based data platforms, ETL processes, and reporting tools like Power BI and Alteryx.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that impact data access, reporting accuracy, and overall platform performance, ensuring our data solutions are always reliable.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance our data support infrastructure, contributing to our ongoing efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders – data analysts, business users, engineers – to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
Requirements:
  • A solid foundation in data analytics tools and technologies, particularly Azure cloud services, SQL, Databricks, Alteryx, and Power BI.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely, building rapport with users of varying technical backgrounds.
  • A commitment to staying up to date with the latest advancements in data analytics and a passion for personal and professional development.
