We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant in Diabetes and Endocrinology to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the management of diabetes and endocrine services.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans for patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Participate in teaching and training activities to support the development of junior staff.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects and studies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a specialist registration in Diabetes and Endocrinology.
- Experience in the management of diabetes and endocrine services.
- Strong clinical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
