Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC in Leicester. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the control and delivery of construction projects to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support the control and delivery of construction projects
  • Manage and coordinate project teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction teams
  • Ensure project quality, safety, and timeliness
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
