Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Field Sales Lead to join our team in Milton Keynes/Luton area. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting business targets across Key Accounts, Wholesale, and Independent Retailers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet targets
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Partner with retail Key Accounts, Independent and Wholesale outlets to establish value-add conversations and sell new products
  • Educate retailers on market and industry legislation to build customer advocacy for our brands
  • Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area

Requirements:

  • Relevant sales experience or aptitude for the role
  • Strong communication and people skills, with ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
  • Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively
  • Able to use initiative and act independently when required
