Company Overview:

At Standout Field Marketing, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across your designated territory.

Salary: £25,950 - £26,500 per annum, plus performance-related bonus, company car, and fuel card.

Job Description:

In this exciting role, you will be empowered to forge lasting connections with independent retailers and store decision-makers in your territory. Your mission will be to drive direct sales, amplify product presence, and cultivate robust ties with these partners.

You will be equipped with cutting-edge tools, including the latest smartphone, tablet, and company car, to support your daily whirlwind of visits to various independent outlets.

Key responsibilities will include unleashing your charm and savvy negotiation skills to engage with owners and decision-makers, igniting a dynamic conversation about incorporating our brand's products into their stocklist.

You will also be responsible for nurturing relationships and ensuring our products retain a prime spot in places they already call home.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A full UK manual driving license (with no more than 6 points or previous bans)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
