Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire. As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will provide personalized support to our clients, helping them with daily living tasks, personal care, and companionship.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- At least one year of experience in a care setting, preferably in a domiciliary or care home environment
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of clients
