At Home Instead, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our clients, and we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team.
About the Role:We are looking for a Care Professional who is passionate about improving the lives of seniors and providing personalized support to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, assisting with daily living, and being a friendly companion to our clients.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their unique requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing meals, monitoring client diets, and assisting with appointments.
Requirements:- At least one year of care experience in a domiciliary field, care home, or hospital setting
- Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Good people skills and a warm, empathetic personality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Auto-enrolled company pension
