At OPSWAT, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for guiding the product roadmap and engaging deeply with our customers to understand their needs and shape our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity products, especially the MetaDefender Platform, and stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and technologies.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and requirements to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements.
  • Work with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and prioritize features that meet customer needs and align with business goals.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Help develop and maintain the product roadmap, guiding the direction of our cybersecurity products based on market analysis and customer feedback.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong relationships and delivering excellent service through clear communication and follow-up.
  • Serve as the primary regional contact for technical support, assisting our Sales and Support teams in customers escalations, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud architecture: Proven track record in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • 5+ years in Product Management or Technical Leadership: Experience leading product initiatives, managing product lifecycles, and making strategic decisions to drive product success.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or managing complex software solutions: Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and managing large-scale software systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Experience with Government Cross Domain Solutions or security products for the BFSI industry: Knowledge of industry-specific security challenges and regulatory requirements, and experience developing or managing solutions that address these needs.
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud, or on-premise products, focusing on scalability and high volume: Proven ability to build or manage products that handle large volumes of data and users, with a focus on ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Experience with Secure Web Gateways, Content Security, or Threat Analysis products: In-depth knowledge of security technologies and products that protect against web threats, manage content security, and analyze threats effectively.
