  • Process and maintain accurate records of work orders from property teams, ensuring timely refunds and deposits.
  • Collaborate with property teams to address student account queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage bulk refunds and uploads, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
  • Transfer invoices and payments from the booking system to the financial system, guaranteeing accuracy and attention to detail.
