Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Bupa St Kilda Care Home and Village in Cambridge. The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, providing administrative support to the care home.
About the Role:
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the care home reception desk, maintaining filing and database systems, and collating, coding, and distributing accounts payable invoices. You will also provide general administration and secretarial support to the care home.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of one year of administration, reception, or customer service experience, preferably in an aged care environment. You will also need strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Intermediate Level Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
