About the Role

The successful applicant will provide support to our finance team, focusing mainly on the purchase ledger function. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring various electronic mailboxes for important communications.
  • Sorting and sending outgoing Accounts Payable and Receivable invoices in a timely manner.
  • Resolving queries related to Accounts Payable in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Being available on short notice to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Strong Excel skills to effectively manage financial data.
