Job Description:
V7 Recruitment is hiring an experienced Fire Security Engineering Lead to join their team in the North Wales/Cheshire region. This role involves leading, managing, and motivating a team of Field-Based Fire & Security Engineers, ensuring that all customers are serviced on time and to the highest standards.

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hands-on direct management of a team of Engineers or similar, preferably within the Fire Protection or Security industry. They should be highly driven and motivated, with excellent people management and communication skills. Additionally, they should possess strong commercial acudem and IT literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft and CRM systems.

Responsibilities:
As the Fire Security Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing strong relationships with customers, focusing on customer retention and growth.
  • Managing, motivating, and supporting Field Engineers directly.
  • Distributing and allocating work, ensuring completion within agreed timescales.
  • Monitoring and reporting weekly on key deliverables and KPI's, aligning with our NSI and BAFE accreditations and business targets.
  • Resolving all customer queries promptly, ensuring delivery of the highest standards of service.
  • Overseeing the management of fleet vehicles, ensuring adherence to standards and maintenance schedules.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure best price practices and stock availability.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hands-on direct management of a team of Engineers or similar, preferably within the Fire Protection or Security industry.
