About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Centre Team Member to join our team in Broughton. As an Operational Centre Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our community by managing emergency calls and incidents, handling fire alarm notifications, and coordinating with various agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emergency calls and incidents using CCTV and access control software
  • Handle fire alarm notifications and mobilise the on-site Fire and Rescue Service efficiently
  • Notify and mobilise resources for aerodrome emergencies
  • Mobilise County Fire and Rescue Service and other agencies as needed or per SOPs
  • Perform regular camera checks with a focus on accuracy and vigilance
  • Conduct thorough investigations for on-site incidents using CCTV and access control software

Requirements:

  • SIA frontline licence and CCTV licence
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Basic first aid certification
  • 1 - 2 years experience of working in a Security Operational Centre role
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Ability to be an effective team member and able to multi-task
  • Considerable knowledge of security operations and procedures
