About the Role:

CV Library is seeking a Logistics Operator to join our team in Huntingdon. As a Logistics Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics department.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Load and unload vehicles safely, couple trailers, and collect parts from suppliers as needed.
  2. Maintain accurate tachograph records and comply with UK driving regulations.
  3. Provide 24/7 driver coverage as required, adhering to driving hours legalities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our logistics department. You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of long-distance van driving experience.
  • Ability to work 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, and maintain flexibility in scheduling.
  • Willingness to commit to a permanent role and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A valid, up-to-date driver's license with minimal points.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum (pro-rata), plus overtime after 48 hours, along with 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (Pro Rata) and private healthcare benefits.
