We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales team, driving business growth and success. This role is integral to the creation of sales and margin reports, customer price lists, and the administration of online buying portals, among other tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide administrative support to Business Development Managers and the Internal Sales team, handling customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
* Generate price files and reports using IT and CRM systems, capturing key sales data and identifying trends and opportunities.
* Manage special and banded pricing on IT Systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

**Requirements:**

* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication skills, confident telephone manner, and effective time management.
* Capable of building excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to role development and business support.
