Job Description: Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant for Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care and companionship to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. With visits of at least three hours, you will have plenty of time to deliver personalized care and support, making a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and activities
- Support clients with their social and emotional needs, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Assist clients with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients on outings, supporting their engagement in community activities and events
Requirements:
- Warm and approachable character, able to build trust and rapport with clients
- Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and circumstances
- Compassionate and empathetic, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
