We are currently seeking an exceptional SEN Learning Mentor to join our team at a 'Good' secondary school in West Bromwich.

In this critical role, you will work closely with teaching staff to identify and address the needs of KS4 pupils, developing targeted support strategies to ensure every student reaches their full potential.

You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, accessible learning materials that cater to diverse abilities, promoting an inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and confident.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree, demonstrate a strong academic record, and showcase a genuine passion for supporting students with special needs. A proactive approach and commitment to helping students overcome learning challenges are essential.
