Role Summary: We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a learning support assistant, providing individualized support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support students with their learning needs, working closely with teachers to provide tailored assistance.
  2. Develop and implement effective learning strategies in collaboration with the teaching team.
  3. Provide 1:1 support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of psychology principles and their application in educational settings. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other professionals. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a Russell Group university is essential for this position.
