Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled First-Class Psychology Graduate to support SEN students with their learning and mental health in one of our partner schools in Lewisham. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on young people's lives.

About the Role:
As a First-Class Psychology Graduate, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs. You will use your knowledge of psychology to develop strategies that help students navigate the challenges of adolescence and improve their academic performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and assessment techniques. A First-Class Psychology Degree from a Top 20 UK University is required. Prior experience working with young people in a pastoral capacity is essential. A passion for music or sports is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional support to SEN students to help them manage stress and anxiety
• Develop and implement personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support
• Identify and address any underlying issues that may be impacting a student's ability to learn
