Job Title: Band 7 Ward Manager/Charge Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Band 7 Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our nursing staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Valid 1st level registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
