Healthcare Skills Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Skills Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at either Level 3 or Level 5.
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3 OR Level 5, hold a recognised Assessor award, and possess occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly). Strong ICT skills, including the ability to conduct online remote assessments, are also essential. A full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle are required for frequent travel throughout Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at either Level 3 or Level 5.
- Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,500 - £31,000 per annum, plus a bonus and OTE (£33,500), making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to develop their career in healthcare skills training.
