Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our care team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to service users in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
- Provide physical and emotional support to service users, including assistance with daily living activities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service user interactions and care delivery
- Promote a culture of safety and well-being within the care environment
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant healthcare field or equivalent experience
- Valid DBS clearance
- Current First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation: £26,500 - £31,000 per annum (estimated)
