Job Title: Community Engagement Lead

As a Community Engagement Lead at HC-One, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activities that foster a sense of community and inclusivity among our residents. This includes working closely with the Home Manager to organize fundraising events, helping our residents build confidence in socializing, and developing new activity ideas based on their hobbies.

You will be instrumental in creating a positive and supportive environment, promoting team engagement and participation in activities. Your natural communication skills, considerate approach, and ability to connect with others will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the Home Manager on fundraising initiatives.
  • Help our residents develop communication and interaction skills.
  • Develop innovative activity ideas based on resident interests.
  • Promote team engagement and participation in activities.
Requirements:
  • A background working with vulnerable individuals.
  • Experience in developing activity programs.
  • Positive energy and ability to connect with others.
  • Natural communication skills and a considerate approach.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and IT skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong, kind communication skills.
