About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our talented deployment projects team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering software projects to external customers, leveraging your expertise in EPOS, POS, and payment gateway technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead software projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
  • Proven experience delivering software projects to external customers.
  • Strong knowledge of EPOS, POS, or payment gateway technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.
  • High level of self-organisation, problem-solving ability, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead through influence and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
