Opportunity Overview

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for an Oncology Outpatient Coordinator to join our team. As an integral part of our oncology service, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including reception services for our chemotherapy day unit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate patient care by efficiently managing reception duties, including handling paperwork and booking patient transport.
  2. Ensure excellent patient communication and adhere to CPG and Trust policies.
  3. Promote a positive working environment by maintaining accurate records and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including career development opportunities, flexible working, and our wellbeing program. You will also have access to our staff recognition scheme, Cycle to Work, car lease schemes, and season ticket loan.
