We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health Advisor in our 111-contact center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling calls from members of the public with urgent but non-emergency health concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calls from patients and healthcare professionals, providing expert advice and support on accessing local services.
  • Use computer systems to capture patient information and communicate effectively in a healthcare environment with colleagues and callers.
  • Transfer calls to our clinical assessment services, which provides expert advice, assessment, and support 24/7.
  • Deal with distressing and emergency situations, providing immediate support and guidance to patients.
Requirements
  • GCSE/Functional Skills English and Maths at Grade C (or equivalent) or above.
  • A real passion for helping others, with the ability to learn new skills and thrive in a fun, friendly, and well-supported team.
