Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Clinical Measurements Admin Team as a Service Administrator.

The successful candidate will be based across Wonford and Ottery St Mary Hospital, requiring them to work at both sites.

About the Role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for communicating between our patients and clinical staff, answering calls and queries, and liaising with consultants.

Your primary objective will be to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams, validating patient pathways and planning theatre lists.

In addition, you will be responsible for booking surgical procedures for patients and working independently to build relationships with clinicians, staff, and patients.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Requirements
