About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Vox Network Consultants. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements across various trade disciplines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals, and replacements, including routine reactive repairs, major renewals, and refurbishment work.
  • Work to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction, completing works 'Right First Time'.
  • Diagnose building faults and determine the best solution to resolve repair problems, using your skills and judgement.
  • Work in a minimum of two or more trade disciplines, including but not limited to: plumbing, carpentry, wet trades, roofing, floorlaying, and glazing.
Requirements
  • Must have extensive experience working in a housing association or council environment.
  • Hold a FULL UK driver's license.
Contract Details
  • Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend.
  • PAYE via Umbrella.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
