We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding specialist school in Leamington Spa.

About the School

Our school supports pupils with ASD and provides a nurturing environment that allows them to thrive.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of educators and contribute to the development of engaging lesson plans.

This is a permanent position or temp to perm opportunity, offering a competitive salary around £25,000 per annum.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Provide one-to-one and group support to students with ASD
  2. Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  3. Have a Level 2 in Childcare or similar as a minimum qualification or a degree
  4. possess strong English and Maths skills
  5. have SEND experience - Autism
