Care Manager Position

Purosearch Ltd is a professional recruitment agency working with a developing care provider. We are seeking a dynamic and caring individual to become the Registered Home Manager for an 8 bed Residential Home specializing in Learning and Physical Disability for Adults from the age of 18 upwards.
This exciting role is perfect for a dedicated and resilient person with a people-centred focus, problem-solving skills, experience managing financials in a business environment, and coaching abilities to develop their team.
The home has a Good CQC report and is looking for a Registered Manager who can manage day-to-day operations, compliance, development, staff management, recruitment, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have experience managing services supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities and relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the home
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies for service improvement
- Recruit and manage staff
- Maintain high-quality standards of care
Requirements:
- Experience in managing services supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities
- Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 5)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Able to work collaboratively with the team and other stakeholders
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary £35,000-£37,000 per annum
