Job Summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a skilled Food Production/Preparation Worker to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality food products, operating kitchen equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a flexible position requiring availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  1. Kitchen Operations: Operate kitchen equipment, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  2. Food Safety and Quality: Adhere to food safety guidelines, ensure quality control measures, and maintain a safe working environment.
  3. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, provide effective communication, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements and Qualifications

No prior experience is required, but previous knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety procedures is an asset. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work effectively in a team environment. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $$18.50-$20.00, opportunities for career advancement, and employee discounts on company products.
