About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Food Technology Teacher to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support students in developing their culinary and nutrition knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in Food Technology, inspiring students to develop their skills and interest in food, health, and nutrition.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic classroom environment, promoting hands-on learning and creativity.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum, share best practices, and foster a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for food and nutrition.
- Proven experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level, with a strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
