Therapeutic Support Specialist

We are looking for someone with a Level 3 QCF Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), as well as experience working with children with complex needs in a residential setting. You will also require a manual driver's licence for use of on-site vehicles and strong leadership skills to share best practice with the team.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and support in a residential setting. They will empower children and young people to maximise their opportunities and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic support to young people in need
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality care and support
• Empower children and young people to maximise their opportunities and aspirations
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with young people and colleagues
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Estimated Salary: £28,500 per annum
