Job Description: Residential Therapist

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team at TeacherActive. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Physis Model of Therapeutic Care, providing emotional, social, and educational support to young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic care to young people in accordance with the Physis Model.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, promoting the safeguarding and welfare of children at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional outcomes for young people.

Requirements:

• A Level 3 QCF Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Relevant experience working with children with complex needs in a residential setting.
• A valid manual driver's license for use of on-site vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
