Job DescriptionThis Office Operations Manager position is a vital part of our team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Surrey and London offices. As the ideal candidate, you'll possess excellent organizational skills, experience in office management, and a passion for supporting others.
Responsibilities- Manage office administration, including reception duties and meeting organization.
- Ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Provide administrative support to the Board, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team.
- Carry out various administrative tasks as required, collaborating with other site office administrators when necessary.
