Administrative Manager

We are hiring an Administrative Manager to join our team at Hiring People in Hampshire. This is a dual responsibility position with scope to take charge and make this role your own.
As an experienced Office Manager or PA, you will provide support to the MD and Senior members of the team as and when required. You will be able to proactively interpret the needs of the MD and Senior team and deliver upon them.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail and marketing experience as it pertains to a SME. They will be articulate and well-spoken with excellent written and spoken English skills. PC skills are required, and highly professional with a proactive approach to work.
The salary for this position is estimated to be £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the MD and Senior members of the team
- Manage the organisation of meetings and diaries
- Liaise with clients to ensure exceptional service
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Welcoming visitors to the office and making them feel at home
- Answering and screening calls
- Onboarding new clients and insurance renewals
- Taking ownership of company marketing needs
- Managing delegates training process
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
