We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, family-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC Register.
- Post-registration qualification relevant to the clinical area (desirable).
- Recent experience of nursing in an acute hospital environment (desirable).
- Experience of managing/leading a team and coordinating workload (desirable).
