Job Title: Metallurgical Services Manager

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Metallurgical Services Manager to join our team at MHI RJ Aviation Group.

As the Metallurgical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and projects from sale through to delivery, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality requirements.

You will build strong relationships with customers, manage internal stakeholders, and lead project execution, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and legalities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, effectively managing client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure necessary technical clarifications or engineering activities are carried out on time and within budget.
  • Lead project execution, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies, processes, and legalities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management and metallurgical services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of metals or heavy engineering industry and technical commercial requirements.
  • Strong finance and commercial awareness.
