Job Title: Engineering Maintenance Director

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Integral UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fault finding and rectification
  • Contract management and administration
  • Quality control checks
  • Communication with clients and end users
  • Emergency response and health and safety management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in building services and maintenance operations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • A good awareness of health and safety working practices
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work to tight deadlines
