Learning Disability Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at a renowned hospital that specializes in mental health and addiction treatment services.

About the Role

As a Learning Disability Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide person-centered care to patients with learning disabilities
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  5. Conduct regular patient assessments and reviews
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,596.08, a generous welcome bonus of £5,000, and a range of benefits including free on-site parking, supplemented meals, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience. You will also need to have relevant clinical experience and excellent communication skills.
