Learning Disability Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at a renowned hospital that specializes in mental health and addiction treatment services.
About the RoleAs a Learning Disability Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to patients with learning disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct regular patient assessments and reviews
We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,596.08, a generous welcome bonus of £5,000, and a range of benefits including free on-site parking, supplemented meals, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered nurse with active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience. You will also need to have relevant clinical experience and excellent communication skills.
